The requirement to install facilities for disabled people, enabling them to move around buildings and public spaces, results directly from the law. This is primarily the responsibility of all local government and state administration units and institutions (offices, hospitals, schools, etc.). They are also used by many companies and private institutions (e.g. private health centers).
